Sukaran Singh

Mr. Sukaran Singh works in the office of the Chairman, Tata Group and is responsible for developing opportunities in the newly liberalizing defense industry in India and in large energy projects.

Prior to joining the Tata Group in 2003, Mr. Singh was with McKinsey & Company. While at McKinsey, Mr. Singh worked on a number of corporate, marketing and operations strategy initiatives in the metals, energy and IT industries.

Prior to that, Mr. Singh worked in the Chairman's Office at Samsung in Seoul, South Korea where he was involved in corporate restructuring issues.

Mr. Singh earned his MBA in Finance/ Marketing from the University of Chicago and his MA in Economics from the University of Oxford in the UK, and his BA, Economics from St.Stephen's College, Delhi University.


Kersi Rustom Bhagat

Mr.Kersi Bhagat works as Vice President Finance, in Tata Sons Limited.

He is responsible for the financial accounting and direct and indirect taxation functions of the Company. Prior to joining Tata Sons in 1993, Mr. Bhagat worked with The Associated Cement Companies Ltd. for seven years at the Corporate Office and at Works. He had worked in Management Audit, Marketing Accounts and Financial Accounts.

Mr.Bhagat has wide and varied experience in manufacturing and service organizations in the areas of Accounts, Audit and Income Tax matters.

Mr.Bhagat is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He completed B.Com (Hons.) from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai University.


Radhika Rajan

Ms. Radhika Rajan is Executive Vice President with DSP Investments, the umbrella company of the Kothari Family Office, at Mumbai, India. Previously, Radhika was President of TCG Advisory of the TCG Group, New York.

Ms. Rajan is a US citizen and long term resident of New York who relocated to India in 2011 to join DSP Investments. She has focused on India as an investment destination since 1999, when she became New York based Executive Vice-President of Mphasis. Prior to Mphasis, Ms. Rajan worked as a global macro proprietary trader at Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan) Itochu, UBS, Bank of America, and Bank of Montreal where she created and managed several profitable trading structures.

Ms. Rajan holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MSc (Physics) from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. She was a National Science Talent Scholar through her Masters’ degree. In addition to TAS Companies, she is on the Board of Sonata Software (SSOF.IN) and SITL (Sonata Information Technology Ltd.) , Bangalore based IT Services companies.
